What do I need to get things going?

Familiarize yourself with the following IDX-related documents:

Your hosting provider must support FTP access, PHP, MySQL and access to some shell functions. The vast majority of providers come loaded with these and many more other features, that are automatically included in your hosting package. Plus obviously, you should have access to the IDX part of your MLS. Usually this is brought about by the signing of an agreement between yourself, your broker and the MLS board, granting you access to their FTP server by providing you with a username and password. This is the server where all the property listing entries are stored, in a number of usually quite large (10MB and more) flat-files

Interested? Then fill-in this online form. Once we receive the form, you will be sent a customer ID number and within 2-4 days, the IDX interface system will be up and running, as stipulated in the agreement
