Housedom.com provides services “as is” and without warranty or guarantee
of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the
implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose. In no event shall housedom.com be liable for any loss
of profits, loss of business, loss of data, unsecured transactions,
interruption of business, or for indirect, special, or consequential
damages of any kind, even if housedom.com has been advised of the
possibility of such damages arising from any defect or error in the
application. You shall indemnify, defend by counsel reasonably acceptable
to housedom.com, protect and hold housedom.com harmless from and against
any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs, damages, expense,
including consultants and attorneys fees and court costs, demands, causes
of action, or judgments directly or indirectly arising out of or related
to your use of housedom.com services. The undersigned accepts
responsibility for any applicable Federal, State, or local taxes resulting
from this and all future transactions. It is the sole responsibility of
the signed customer of housedom.com to assure that the URL being
used/requested is in compliance with all federal, state, local, and
franchises rules, regulations and/or laws. The undersigned individual
agrees to waive any and all liability of housedom.com resulting from
registration and/or misuse of legally protected URLs, images, and/or
website content. Prices and product availability are subject to change
without notice. Housedom.com reserves the right to charge for customer
support to third-party vendors and web designers employed by customers.
Custom IDX Solutions product is limited to one domain (URL) per client
unless otherwise stated. Virtual Office Website (VOW) services and data
display are subject to initial and ongoing approval by the providing MLS.
Liabilities of housedom.com Housedom.com will not use your MLS/IDX
login details for any purposes other than the construction of an IDX
interface system. This may include the transfer of listing, specification
and technical files from IDX server to housedom’s website for testing and
constructive purposes. Once housdom.com completes the interface system,
the aforementioned files will be erased from its system. Fees
Payment of $79 to housedom.com shall be made after the IDX interface
system has been completed, and a working version posted on housedom.com,
where the client can see it in action and find it to be in satisfaction of
his/her needs. Following the full payment, this system will be transferred
and setup on the client’s website, whilest disabling the housedom.com one.
Housedom.com retains all intellectual rights and the right to use the IDX
interface system at its discretion, should the payment be not effected. In
case of successful payment affection, housedom.com shall still retain all
copyrights and rights for the interface part of the system (including
everything other than the MLS data). |
